Global CRM Executive

A great career opportunity at a highly renowned heritage brand, our client is looking for a Global CRM Executive to join their global digital team and assist the Global Digital Manager, to deliver marketing automation at scale.

The CRM Executive will utilise the full capability of our clients Marketing Automation platform (Marketo, but moving to MS Dynamics 365) to deliver personalised and relevant next best action email communications for new and existing customers.

As the CRM Executive you will work hand in hand with the existing CRM team on approach and strategy on customer journeys and product launch activity

You will design, build and manage the creation of emails to support an increase in retention rates for their customers globally

Utilise the full capability of Dynamics Marketing Automation platform to deliver personalised and relevant next best action email communications for new and existing customers.

CRM Executive will be confident working with and analysing data, to improve segmentation and targeting approaches, and have a clear framework for success.

Capable of managing the AB test plan, running regular tests to improve performance.

Maintain and evolve email guidelines to support markets in delivering a consistent brand experience

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Use of Dynamics marketing or another enterprise email marketing solution is essential.

  • Experience using MS Dynamics 365 sales and customer insight would be significant in selecting the candidate.

  • Working with databases and using email marketing to increase conversion is preferential.

  • Strong analytical focus with an ability to use actionable data and develop implementation plans from insight.

  • Ability to plan for the long term whilst still delivering commercial success through BAU projects.

  • Experience using business intelligence tools and garnering insight is vital to this role.

  • Customer focused with experience of customer journey planning and next best action marketing.

  • Some experience in using personalisation and optimisation techniques to increase conversion/sales is a benefit.

  • Cross functional working and an ability to influence others is essential in this role

  • Agility and managing change is essential to be a success in this role

  • Experience working with a CMS is beneficial and demonstration of managing multiple projects to hard deadlines is critical.

  • Able to demonstrate a track record in managing infrastructure projects from concept through to delivery.

  • Experience using photoshop or similar software would be a benefit in this role
