Global Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce

We are looking an experienced Global Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing and established, pure online, brand.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the digital marketing strategy and budgets, and support, currently, 3 team members.

As Global Digital Marketing Manager you will utilise the full mix of online acquisition and retention channels, working closely across teams to deliver a cohesive strategy.

You will have experience working with large cross-functional teams (e.g product, marketing, PR, social) and external partners, including creative agencies and production.

It is important the Global Digital Marketing Manager comes from an Ecommerce background, FMCG/Retail would be a plus!

We would expect a strong understanding of Paid Advertising, SEO, Social, PPC and using Analytics tools to make intelligent decisions to maximise ROI.

You will drive a "Customer First" approach, and lead on landing page strategy, customer journeys, audience segmentation and performance tracking to improve conversion.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager is part of the senior management team, so it is vital you can lead and inspire teams to be the best they can be.
