Website Executive- Retail

We are looking for a Website Executive to help our client drive website performance by making sure all products, offers, and content are uploaded correctly and on time, so their customers can find all the information they require to support their buying journey

As Website Executive you will be well organised and be able to deliver to deadlines.

The Website Executive should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Attention to detail and good verbal communication skills.

What is the day to day of the role:

• Create Products on the site including product description and images.

• Work with website manager and buying to plan seasonal range launches.

• Manage photography requirements for images to support range launches.

• Manage price changes across the site as required by the buying team.

• Ensure promotional activity is reflected on site and delivers to business needs.

• Build category pages to support trends, range launches, brands and key events.

• Work with Website manager to drive performance across key KPIs.

• Produce weekly reporting for key KPIs.

• Manage Product recommendation tool for site.

• Merchandise product list pages in line with performance and current business focus.

Required skills & qualifications:

• Experience working in digital team ideally in site merchandising using a CMS.

• Strong attention to detail and able to proofread copy.

• Customer Obsessed, always want to understand what the customer wants and needs.

• Ability to think analytically and tactically.

• Able to work in an agile ever evolving environment.

• Self-starter, goal-oriented, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
