Website Manager - Retail

We are looking for a "Customer Obsessed" Website Manager, who can help our client with their continued online growth!

The Website Manager will manage our clients website to agreed business objectives and customer acquisition/lead generation goals.

As Website Manager you will "hands-on" and be responsible for and develop A/B testing and CRO plans, and manage tests to ensure continuous improvement of site metrics focused on site funnels for both ecommerce and lead generation (roadmap, CRO Testing, Data driven (Google Analytics) and testing)

As Website Manager, for a large retailer, you will be comfortable in a fast paced, high volume, large ticket sales environment.

The objectives of the site will be more focused on customer experience and lead generation

This is an exciting role for a Website Manger to really make your mark on the transformation and future proofing of our clients websites.

What is the day to day of the role:

  • Day to day management of website to agreed business objectives and customer acquisition/lead generation goals

  • Develop A/B testing and CRO plans and manage tests to ensure continuous improvement of site metrics focused on site funnels for both ecommerce and lead generation.

  • Ownership of site development roadmap, working with group resource to ensure on time delivery

  • Manage site merchandiser to ensure site kept updated and focused on core KPIs

  • Optimisation of personalisation and site search

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Previous experience website management and site trading.

  • Experience with CRO and UX including site development and ideation

  • Commercially minded and able to demonstrate ROI delivered

  • Experience managing site merchandiser to ensure products and categories are updated

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to proactively challenge at all levels.

  • Ability to manage own and others workload in an agile way

  • Analytical and able to find solutions to challenges

  • Customer obsessed 

  • A desire to continually question and learn.
